Terranica Dreamtrack has on-board friction clutches with tremendous traction. Side clutches are with oil in the crankcase.

The rotation mechanism is located in a closed crankcase and provides a torque cut-off by 13 friction pairs.

The brake mechanism is located outside the body, inside the impeller.

The body is made of combined materials – a welded aluminum boat with a glued steel frame covered with a single fiberglass component – a deck.

This design made it possible to make the body light and tough in the same time.

The whole body is covered with 50mm effective thermal insulation, which effectively saving the heat.

Our ATV is equipped with a reliable heating system, which, despite the tented top allows, even at outside temperatures up to -40 degrees, to maintain a comfortable temperature in the cabin.

In addition to the driver and front passenger, additional four more passengers can sit on the rear benches located parallel to the direction of movement.

Armour plating of the front and the bottom of the body was superimposed with a super-durable sheet polymer, which is used for lining the body of off-road dump trucks.

The suspension is completely independent, long-stroke and energy-intensive.

Suspension details are now not in danger of high mileage and harsh conditions since the latest developments in the field of heavy-duty polymers have created a suspension whose details have low abrasion and high impact resistance.

The suspension arms, drive wheel, guides and supporting rollers are made of heavy-duty polymer which have a large modulus of elasticity, low weight and gave the vehicle additional buoyancy due to the low specific gravity.

The use of high-strength polymers in these units and parts and their ability to repel freezing from snow, made it possible to minimize the freezing by snow and ice of the entire suspension and drive mechanism.

Snow-swamp caterpillar tracks have extraordinary reliability, due to the use of a combined textile and glass-filled cord, which significantly increased their strength.

It is made collapsible into two parts – a comb and, in fact, a rubber sheet. Caterpillars on all Terranica Dreamtrack models since 2018 are installed only in width of 500 mm.

Working wheels are made of aluminium with replaceable items made of high-strength polymer.

Terranica Dreamtrack has car-type controls – intuitive for any driver.
